3. Copy of PROOF OF ADDRESS IN PARENTS NAME

4. Copy of CLINIC CARD (THE VACCINATION SECTION ONLY)

Admissions Process for Grade R and 2-7 (in between grades) for 2023

The admission process for Grade R and Grade 2-7 (in- between grades) for 2023 will be running concurrently with the grade1 online admissions.

WHERE DO I APPLY: an application form can be downloaded from our website www.alberton.co.za. Please complete the application form and submit it via e-mail to admissions1@alberton.co.za. It is of utmost importance that application forms with all supporting documents are submitted to the above mentioned e-mail only .Applications submitted to any other e mail address will be deemed null and void.

An application form can be collected from Alberton Primary School, completed with all supporting documents attached and submitted to the school
